Our next bus trip is scheduled and will be August 5, 2025. We will meet in the parking lot of the Freeman Library at 9:15 and the bus will return by 4:15. Please contact our County Coordinator, Deborah Gammon to register for the trip by July 21, 2025. We have to have 10 people registered or we will have to cancel the trip.

Also on the schedule is a trip to Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center in Liberty TX. That will be October 18, 2025. However, it is “cashless”, so please bring your debt or credit card.
We also offer these suggestions below:
BOOKS:
• Personal devices such as phones, tablets, etc. can be used to take photos of images from books
• Bring in a personal portable scanner
• We have a flatbed scanner. A personal flash drive can save images.
PUBLIC COMPUTERS:
• Email images from the public computers to yourself.
MICROFILM:
• A microfilm scanner is available, a personal flash drive can save images.
SLIDE SCANNER:
• A slide scanner is available. Again, a personal flash drive can save images.
